What is wrong with  Gods description of Himself.

I think that is the closest you can come to an actual definition of who God really is.

Thanks Bill. Perhaps you already know that when Orthodox Jews write about their concept of 'god' they do so by writing it this way, G - d.  They do this to avoid giving the impression that, for them, 'god' is an objective or personal being--and idol-like being with dimensions.
As I have written elsewhere: For a similar reason, I like to use the acronym, G-0-D. Note that instead of 'O'  I use -0- That is, dash, zero, dash.
By the way, take note that without the zero modern mathematics would be impossible.Think of the zero as like the dimensionless point on a straight line--the source from which all that is emanates.
I think of G-0-D as that which empowers us, is in and through all that is, including us, generating all that is good, all that helps us organize all opportunities, and helps us deliver that which is desirable and delightful.
