Veiled Reality: An Analysis of Quantum...Mechanics by Barnard d'Espagnat

d'Espagnat is a quantum physicist who recently won $1 million + award from Templeton Foundation (integration of science and religion at ...) The tenants of OS and TSC and RG and A-Z are all related to quantum theory, what it knows and what it knows that it doesn't know. I recommend d'Espagnat's book, Veiled Reality, for a good intro/analysis. You can read excerpts of the book at . Especially look at chapter 15, Veiled, Independent Reality and Empirical Reality, starting on p. 360. When you plan to use science as the gate that lets info in, or keeps it out, of TSC, you then get into a fuzzy realm of philosphical arguments related to what science is, what reality is, what science can measure... which is always limited by the primitive measurement tools we presently have, the limitations of quantitative research and objectivity, and more. All these issues will eventually surface in developing TSC - there will remain arenas that are foggy and indefinite - which is good. Otherwise, TSC would be in danger of becoming dogma.

Cute - and useful.
Excellent resource Denita. I am currently changing this particular forum category so that only Admins may post original threads (members may still reply to all of them though) but I will keep this here for reference.

I especially am fond of your last sentence.
"All these issues will eventually surface in developing TSC - there will remain arenas that are foggy and indefinite - which is good. Otherwise, TSC would be in danger of becoming dogma."

This is an essential view point for The Source Code.
I have found that the majority of the public feels that if what we are doing results in a gray area they dismiss it as pointless and irrelevant. This simply isn't true as you illustrate concisely above.
The gray area, consider it a kind of "gray matter", is where the action is. Yes, many are uncomfortable with ambiguity, not knowing, what is yet to come into being. And, I'd guess, seeming contradictions as well.

Since that appears to be a reoccurring problem, recommend you develop a process for people to use, a kinda tool, that will help them deal with "it" - since you're the change agent here.
Another thought: yes, the process will be partly structured, somewhat led, by MyMythos. Just thinking that if you tell people to expect to have no expectations other than method and process, to move closer without ever arriving, that the journey is the thing ----- they might not flounder as much - methods/process being a means of negotiating unknown territory - just as art making is.
*nods* I think you are right on here. Right on indeed.
