The Kernel (John Salvis) has not hidden the fact that he has a reading disability. Nor does he apologize for it. He actually expresses a sense of pride in learning how to overcome this limitation by learning how to learn in other ways - including learning to listen to the quiet and small voice within.
For some unexplained reason the most verbose Christian on this site has decided to pick on the Kernel's reading problem as if it was a self exposed sore that he can now rub raw.
The Kernel says this kind of insensitive rhetoric not only has no place on this site, it has no business coming from a self professed Christian.
Jeff, it is a demeaning insult to both James and The Kernel when you say:
"James, are you taking reading lessons from out most infamous non-reader. I said earlier that it had effectively given me a very solid testimony as a person who sticks to the truth under pressure. A reputation for honesty is hard to come by. There are a lot of people who aren't used to Christians walking the walk so I gained some credibility there too."

Please stop talking down to others down as a means of seemingly elevating your own prestige. You have no idea the disservice you cause to yourself, those around you and the Christian religion you claim to hold so dearly. As you spoil others so you spoil your own religion in the eyes of others.

You're the one that post huge blogs to read, which now it seems you didn't or couldn't read yourself. The question is this Jeff. Are you a good representative or not? Do you behave as Jesus would - "like Christ" - as a Christian? If you think you are, then don't be surprised to find that Christianity is not seen as a virgin or shining beacon by billions. If you think you are not, then we're back to the Johari Window and that part of you that is known to Christ but not to you. Jeff me thinks you are under the miscomprehension that somehow you are saved. If you are an example of being saved, your theology must be is inadequate or incomplete. You do not set a good example - not even a god example. Sorry.

I get a kick out of you sometimes Jeff. In this case he refers to "we" as the "Royal Third Person". As you will remember from your Spanish language class that the third person is "he" and third person plural is "they". Your usage of "we" as "Royal Third Person" is an atypical an usage - to say the least. It is another expression or understanding that is unfortunately based on falsehood. It did sound impressive but was improper. Sorry.
