"What happens when a human body is cloned? Will a soul automatically inhabit the body as a consequence of nature or is God required to provide souls with bodies? If that's kinda what you're getting at, good questions. The 1st premise I…"

"I am rather unethical. Cloning = potential body farms. Probably a rather bourgeois industry but an industry none the less. I can't possibly see any other real rason for wanting to clone a whole person. Well... genetically engineered soldiers…"

About and Stuff

"Did you know that God is a girl, and his name is Eris?" Simple words from a friend I knew long ago that changed my outlook on things.

I was brought up in a strict christian house, attending a strict christian private school. But something always seemed off, the whole idea of god sitting up there giving a shit what anyone did or didn't do seemed silly. Hes god! He knows everything, sees everything, loves everyone, so why did he care if I ate a steak on friday?

After many years (Sophmore year in High School), I finally convinced my family to get me the fuck out of the private school I was in. Just for asking questions and looking for my own answers, I was "doubtful" and a "troublemaker". Well, so be it.

When a good friend finally asked me about Eris, the whole thing clicked. God is what you make of it (the concept), and for me, I saw that chaos and disorder are just as necessary to the human experience as happy puppy-dogs-tails. Under pure order, we stagnate. Under pure chaos, we tear ourselves apart. Truth and life are in the balance, in the coin itself, not one side or the other.

The value of life

Ive been pondering alot of issues with the upcoming election. Im not going to get into politics or any of that, but something keeps cropping up, where do all these bloodthirsty people come from?

Why all the "bomb Iran" and general hate against people in other places or cultures? Im a bit guilty of this myself, even though Im a spiritual person, I see religious totalitarianism as possible more dangerous and frightening than a typical fascist state. Maybe because the idea of "Believe… Read More

Nicely put my friend.

I see you are a fan of Discordia. I believe we have another one of your kind around here, but she's been absent lately. Perhaps you could roust her?
She goes by Kristen.
