This is testament to the fact that you don't understand how OSR works.

Think about it, if we only allowed belief modules that jive with YOUR belief modules, we'd just be making another religion wouldn't we? Nothing special about that.

OSR is TRANSPARENT. There is no inherent dogma. That means that ALL belief modules are accepted. Whether a person believes in them or not is up to them.

We are here to map the Human Belief Genome. That means collecting ALL belief modules.

Ironic how your accusation of the open system being dogmatic was really just a reflection of you thinking that there should be a dogmatic approach (only accepting belief modules that work with one another).

Yes James, as you said to Sid. if YOU "FEEL . . . ." The problem is I never referenced man affective level of cognition - I said, "You sometimes do this by being obnoxious and testing limits." I gave you my observation - more, I did not share how I feel about you.  In the past 48 hours, there have been 2 others in addition to myself who have asked you to back off.  You have not.  Hey, maybe obnoxious is too strong a word.  Maybe you should simply tone down the intensity - unless you have something you are trying to prove.

James, you wonder how much people really love you.  You sometimes do this by being obnoxious and testing limits.  In this case, you seem to be testing how tolerant people really are around here and, in the process, alienating yourself from some pretty tolerant people - IMHO. Try listening a little harder and speaking a little less frequently for awhile.  Its quality not quantity of participation that counts.  Love ya man.
