First, it was an art teacher that taught us all a huge amount of inner knowledge and insight by creating an environment of "art awakening", a school where we learned how to express oneselve in any form whatsoever. And there were no grades..we had to grade ourselves each quarter. I try to maintain a healthy 'ego' sense of self-awareness, which overtime has enabled me to understand, overcome and take control over the internal biological influences of the 'id', and the external social influences of the 'superego'.
