Equilibrium

equilibrium is the rule that allows the universe to exist, it holds everything and it describes everything. without equilibrium, the destruction of the world will happen at one point or another. 

the word "holds" sits very well with this, it can be interpreted in many ways and all are extremely relevant in science and philosophy.

Like The Kernel said, "God holds the universe in it's hand" and in this way god = equilibrium.
