Update

Thought I'd pop in and say hi to everyone. Been a while. Been very busy with my graphic design job and working on all sorts of projects, and yes, Open Source Religion has a big part of the pie. More specifically, work on The Source Code is going well.

Feel free to comment here and ask any questions if you have them.

Our ever-mismanaged host (Ning)

There is a separate issue here that I want to mention as well. Ning

(this sites host) is completely changing tactics and will now require

that I pay $20 a month (at least) to keep this site. Unfortunately

between having a daughter, house, and education, I'm not sure I can

manage it.

This site has received some very generous donations in the past from

members, and those have been more help than you can probably know. I

want you to also know too, that your… Read More

Big News

I've been mulling over the concepts of RG and Open Source Religion for quite some time.

The other day I was doing a college assignment that had me looking into Yoga studios (website design stuff) and I noticed this studio made a big point to say that their practice stems from Hindu, Judaism, Zoroastrian, Muslim, Unitarian, Universalistic, etc, etc. It was a huge list and I thought to myself "What you are really trying to say (but don't have a phrase for yet) is that you are…

Society of Shamanic Practitioners Results

In short, it was a hit. Stanley and I gave a talk on my grandfather Rolling Thunder and got the only standing ovation of all the talks!

Took place in Santa Fe, New Mexico a couple days ago.

During that time Redefine God also got featured on the front page of Ning, and got a lot of sign ups from people at the conference as well.

I proposed the idea of a parapsychological database (The Source Code) to the crowd, composed of a lot of people very interested and studying… Read More
