Women have been stereotyped for decades as secondary and male as dominance. I think eventually women will be seen by society as equal with male. America has slowly accepted having women become leaders in government and at large companies. Becoming more equal is changing the world and scares a lot of people, because they don’t know what to expect. Men are fighting to be number one and when they get beat by a woman, they feel less powerful and normal. Society has much influence in the dominance of male or female. They portray, they are equal but when it comes down to choosing male wins.

Well, you have learned well the propaganda. That will keep you busy for a while. When you get older and after it is too late, you will begin to learn the reality.

No two people are equal, much less different genders.

James: the differences between the sexes are, in terms of talent, far less than the differences between the sexes. An intelligent woman is likely, for instance, far better at navigating than a stupid man is. The best women basketball players are tall and strong enough to compete with the men in the top league. This despite the fact that on average women are smaller and have less physical strength than men.

When it comes to stuff like length and strength nobody would think that ALL men are stronger than ALL women, merely because on average men have more strength. But when it comes to the less easily measured, people like to act on stereotypes, because it's easier than actually finding out if a particular woman is intelligent, stable enough for a certain position.

Cally - your post seems a bit pessimistic to me. The male wins? Always? I do hope that idea is not so strong in you to stop you from reaching YOUR potential.
